Attorney Cris is our Senior Advisor and Partner in the USA and the Philippines. He is a prominent legal practitioner and has served as the President of Ibarra Professional Law Corporation, based in California, since 2006. He has also been the President of Global Technology Commons, Inc., a California benefit corporation, since 2014.

He has gained recognition as a rising star in the field among investors and legal professionals in the USA and the Philippines. Dr. Cris is also well known among Cambodians, serving as a Legal Advisor to the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce in California since 2022. He has facilitated numerous projects in Cambodia, the Philippines, and Thailand, connecting local and international initiatives in the agriculture, technology, health, and sports industries.
