David has recently returned to New Zealand after working for 14 years in South East Asia. Before leaving New Zealand he carved out a successful career as a Business Advisor and Chartered Accountant. He advised all types and sizes of businesses from start up to recovery. He was also an established authority in Franchising and Licensing assisting many brands to grow and also International Brands restructure their relationships.

He had extensive experience in advising entrepreneurs and business owners in Cambodia, Laos, Singapore for special investment projects including banks, aviation, digital innovation. David’s expertise is M&A and investment development.
