About Liu Xuelian

Attorney Liu is SaHassaNet’s Senior Advisor and Partner in China. She holds an LLM degree from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and a JD from Nanjing University.

Dr. Liu is not only a proficient litigator but also has a deep understanding of overseeing and advising governments and clients on investment and trade, both within and beyond China.

In 2024, she was selected as an expert for the FTA expert think tank of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Additionally, she was appointed as a foreign-related legal expert for the Xinjiang District Government, China, for the period of 2024–2027.
