About Socheata

Socheata Touch is a deputy director general and commercial lawyer at Camchin Law Firm in Cambodia. With nearly 15 years of experience, she specializes in investments and trade promotion in Cambodia, Vietnam, Korea, China, and the USA.

Additionally, Socheata is the CEO of O.S Global Company, known as “WeMall,” an e-commerce platform for women’s locally made products in Cambodia. She also serves as the Southeast Asia Director of Womentum, a social enterprise based in Singapore, where she plays a vital role in promoting women’s economic empowerment across the region.

Education & Research

Socheata holds a degree in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and is a Fulbright Scholar specializing in trade. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Management.
